Steps to Signup for SIDHelp

First off we want to thank you for your intrest in SIDHelp. We at eSolution Architects look forward to working with you. Below is a list of items that we will need to get started on your site. The items at the top are the most important and the more quickly we get them them more quickly we can get you up and running.

Step 1

Signed Work Order

Create a work order by going to http://www.sidhelp.com/workorder.php and then fax us a copy at 334-532-3665.

 Step 2

Domain Name

You will need to decide on a domain name to use for your new site. If you need some help with picking one out contact us. A good one to use if it is available is your school name then your mascot. Such as FaulknerEagles.com.

 Step 3

Fill out our registration form

http://www.sidhelp.com/signup.php - This will give you access to our support and billing system. The system automatically produces an invoice, payment is due when we have finished the site or 60 days after sign up, whichever comes first. If we haven't got your site up in 60 days then more than likely the school has been dragging their feet. The day you sign up will be your anniversary date and that is when your payment will be due next year.

 Step 4

Logos

We will need your athletic logo as well as your school logo. We want them in vector format (.eps or .ai) if at all possible, if not a good quality .jpg will work.

Once we have the above we can create your admin section, this is done in one business day after receiving the info. This allows you to start entering in your content, schedules, rosters, staff and more. That way you can start working on content why we are designing your site.

Step 5

Send us Photos

If you are going to have action photos (or photos of any kind) in your new design we will need them so we can incorporate them into your new design.

Step 6

Other sites you like

You know best what you are looking for when it comes to a look for you new site. So look around at some of our clients and tell us which sites you like. Tell us what you like about them as well as what you don't like. This helps us when the design team takes over and starts designing your site. You don't just have to look at our sites, any site you see that you like let us know what you like about it.

Once we have the above we will contact you and talk to you over the phone about the new design.
