The schedule section is the heart of SIDHelp. After entering in all the schedules for each team the system will automatically generate pages for schedules and results as well as a scoreboard for recent and upcoming events. After reporting the results for the event all schedule pages are updated as well as your record for the team.
The roster section allows you to display information about your athletes for each team. You will be able to enter in each players name, uniform number, position, class, height, weight and hometown. You also can hide any of the fields you would not want. You also are able to add player bio's and head shots for each player and coach.
Easy to use forms to enter in your rosters with the ability to "graduate" your rosters the next year meaning less data entry for you. SIDHelp can also import rosters from other SIDHelp site, this is a great feature if both your conference and school use SIDHelp.
The news article management system give you the ability to:
Add news articles once that show up on multiple pages. For example on the home page as well as the sport page.
Ability to have other users post news articles and you have the ability to approve or deny the article.
Easily upload and add photos to your articles with captions.
All news articles are automatically archived on your site and there is no limit to how many you can have.
Post date stories and they will show up on the date/time you want them to.
Copy and Paste from your favorite editors such as MS Word or WordPerfect.
Assign each story to a category.
Have RSS feeds for your site.
Give your fans a voice and keep them coming back to your site by allowing them to vote on fan polls you create. Fan polls can be created for a particular sport or for the main site. Once fans vote the current results will be shown to them. The next time they come back they will see the updated results of the fan poll.
SIDHelp allows you to give access to the admin section to anyone you would like. Each user registers and then you approve or deny them access. You also have the ability to give different uses different access. For example create a group of users who don't have access to news stories but has access to report scores. You have total control over who has access and what features they can use.
Display ads or sponsors on your site and you keep 100% of all money you generate. You can display them anywhere you would like on your site.
Ads don't have to be for businesses, you can advertise events you have going on at your school. For example you could advertise about homecoming, sport camps or even use it to spotlight an athlete of the week.
Document management allows you to easily upload and view documents such as PDF's, Word Documents and Excel documents. You can even organize them into folder to make them easy to find down the road.
The image management section allows you to upload photos that can be used in news articles, ads and a few other areas on the site. After uploading the images you can view, download and delete them. You can even create folders to help keep them organized.
Build recruiting questionnaires for potential students to fill out. Each sport can customize a section that allows them to get the stats/information that is important to their sport. After the recruit fills out the questionnaire a copy is sent to the people of your choice (usually the coach of the sport and someone in admissions).
Easily enter in athletic department staff names and contact info in an easy to use form. Then SIDHelp takes over and builds a staff page that is easy to read for visitors to your site. You can even put in bios for your staff if you would like.
We build each site with their own custom look and feel. Yes each site has some of the major components such as menus, articles, scoreboards, fan polls, but we make each site look the way you want it to look. We take your logos and your ideas and make your site unique.
You can build a network of SIDHelp sites that you can report scores and schedules to. You can report your scores to any other SIDHelp site. You also have control of who you allow to report scores and schedules to your site. Each site has the ability to give access to any other SIDHelp site they wish.
An example of typical SIDHelp network is a school site sends updates to the conference and national site. This is all done by just entering in the info on the school site and SIDHelp send the info to the other two sites automatically.

Preseason Coaches Polls - yes you can still do a news article on preseason coaches polls but with this added feature the poll will show up on the side of your site all the time.
Awards Management - Easily create awards and assign them to people on your rosters. Then allow SIDHelp to create you an awards page for each sport. You can even decide which awards will show photos and which will not.
Conference Trophy Standings - do you award an "All Sport" trophy or "Commissioners Cup"? If so SIDHelp can help you display your standings easily.
Division Management - Do you have a sport that has an East/West or North/South? SIDHelp can manage them for you and show two different grouping on your standings page.
Dakstats Integration for NAIA members- SIDHelp can also generate a missing stats report that will show you what stats each team hasn't turned in, this is a real time saver compared to manually searching the Dakstats web site.

Manage Seasons - Add future or past season whenever you would like. That way you can display next years schedule whenever you would like or build a history of your sports for your fans.
Log Files - We log certain events on the system and the super admin for any site can view them and see what happen when.
